KB’s handmade creations are fun, unique, and literally a way to bring a little piece of Alaska home. Karen’s block prints are created by hand using a linoleum block that is carved into creatures that are then stamped into ink and printed on handmade Alaskan paper that Karen creates herself. Each paper is made unique to the animal printed onto it, handmade from local plants, natural fibers, and recycled paper products. On the back of the prints, there is a summary included of what went into making the paper print.
